Snap & Swipe runs entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of your personal data, photos, or usage information.

2. What data we collect
None. Snap & Swipe does not collect any personal data. There is no server, no user account, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party services that receive your information.
3. What stays on your device
The app stores the following information locally on your iPhone or iPad. This data never leaves your device:
- Review history: Which photos you've already swiped, so you're not shown the same photo twice.
- Statistics: Count of photos reviewed, deleted, storage freed, and daily activity for the heatmap and streak feature.
- Pending deletions: Photos you've marked for deletion but haven't confirmed yet.
- Settings: Onboarding status and app preferences.
This data is stored using Apple's SwiftData framework in a local database. You can delete all of it any time via Settings → Reset Statistics / Clear Pending Deletions, or by uninstalling the app.
4. Access to your photo library
The app requests access to your photo library to function. This access is used only to:
- Display photos within the app so you can review them
- Generate on-device feature prints (via Apple's Vision framework) for duplicate detection
- Delete photos you have explicitly confirmed for deletion (using iOS's standard deletion mechanism, which moves photos to "Recently Deleted" for 30 days)
Your photos are never uploaded, copied off the device, or shared with anyone. All image analysis happens on-device using Apple's Vision framework.
5. In-app purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit framework. We do not receive your payment information, credit card details, or Apple ID. Apple acts as the seller and provides us only with anonymized purchase confirmation so the app can unlock Pro features.

6. Cookies and tracking
The app does not use cookies, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or any third-party SDKs. We do not participate in any advertising network.
7. Email feedback
If you choose to send feedback via the Settings → Send Feedback button, your iOS Mail app opens a draft email to kontakt@topasells.com. We only see what you choose to send us. We use such emails only to respond to your inquiry and improve the app, and we do not share them with third parties.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
Since we do not collect or process any personal data, most GDPR rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) have no data to apply to. However, you have the right to:

- Lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in Germany: BfDI)
9. Children
Snap & Swipe is intended for general audiences and is rated 4+ in the App Store. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone (children or adults).
10. Changes to this policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, the new version will be published at this URL. Material changes will be highlighted at the top.
