This website processes no personal data beyond what is technically necessary to deliver it. Which data that is, and who handles it, is set out in the following sections.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit the website, Vercel processes technically necessary access data (in particular IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system information) in order to deliver the website and to ensure the security and stability of the system. Vercel retains these server logs only for a short period. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and efficient operation of the website. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Vercel under Art. 28 GDPR. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition. Our email mailbox is operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Incoming enquiries are stored there. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.

We don't set any cookies. Not even for analytics. If that ever becomes necessary, there'll be a banner.

So that you see your last chosen language (German or English) on your next visit, the website stores this choice in your browser's local storage (localStorage). No personal data is collected and nothing is transmitted to us or to third parties. This storage is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG) and therefore requires no consent. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.

The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server and loaded from there. No connection to Google or any other font provider is established, and no IP address is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

When you use our B2B contact form, the following details are processed: name, company, email address, message and, optionally, your phone number. The form does not send any data through our server or a third-party service: on submit, your own email client opens with the details you entered, and you send the enquiry yourself to b2b@topasells.com. We process these details solely to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) together with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give via the checkbox in the form. The enquiry is stored in our email mailbox and deleted once it has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under German commercial or tax law for business correspondence) require otherwise. Data is not passed on to third parties.
